Roof hookThe patented roof hook is manufactured from high-quality aluminium. This hook can be mounted on any tiled roof without the use of any tools or hardware. The hook is designed with a "click" joint on which the support rail can be snapped.
The roof hooks are also availavle in a height adjustable version.
The ClickFit roof hooks have a specific "thickness range". (Tile plus batten)
For the "standard" roof hook this is from 30mm to 39mm.
For the "medium" roof hook this is from 30mm to 40mm.
For the "wide" roof hook this is from 41 to 63mm.
Support railThe support rail is manufactured from aluminium. The patented design has a "click" joint on one side of the rail for snapping onto the hooks. The other side of the support rail has a profile for mounting the solar modules.
End set (replaced by End clamp)The end set is composed of two small L-shaped aluminium profiles and stainless steel screws. The support rail ends directly at the end of the frame of the solar module without protruding. The end set is used for securing the solar modules onto the ends of the support rail.
End clamp (new)The end clamp is used to fixate the last solar module in a row. The new end clamp can be used with a number of frame heights. This end clamp is manufactured from high quality aluminium. The new end clamp is screwed to the mounting rail with the same screw as the module clamp.
There are two types of end clamps with a different frame-height range:
Type CFA
50-49, 46-45, 42-41, 38-37, 34-33, 30-29 (mm)
Type CFB
52-51, 48-47, 44-43, 40-39, 36-35, 32-31 (mm)
Rail extension setThe rail extension set is composed of two aluminium strips and stainless steel screws. The aluminium strips slide in to the rail and are to be fixed with stainless steel screws. The rail extension set is used to link two ends of support rail, when the system setup is longer than 6 meters.
Assembly setThe assembly set is used for fixing solar modules on the support rail. The set is composed of two aluminium clamps and stainless steel screws. The advantage of this system is the simple fixing of the modules from above. Most other systems work with sliding-nuts in the support rail. Most of the times this is inconvenient because of the length of the support rail.
Auxiliary assembly setThe auxiliary assembly set is composed of Nylon sleeves and stainless steel bolts and nuts. By using this set, the installer easily fixates the modules on the support rail until the modules are secured with the Assembly set.
Support with "click joint"The support with "click" joint is manufactured from aluminium and has the same patented "click" joint as the roof hook. With this support the ClickFit system can be used on sloped bitumen roofs, façades and in other applications.
Slate hookThe slate hooks are used in combination with the standard support rail for installing PV systems on roofs with roof slates. The slate hook is manufactured from stainless steel and is supplied in combination with stainless steel bolts and nuts.
Dowel screwsThe dowel screws are used instead of roof hooks to install PV systems on corrugated roofs. The dowel screws with wood- and ISO-thread are manufactured from stainless steel and are supplied in combination with stainless steel bolts and nuts and an adjustment plate. The standard support rail is bolted onto the dowel screws with bolts and nuts from stainless steel.
Calzip clampCalzip clamps are used combined with the ClickFit support rail on Calzip roofs. These clamps are available in aluminium or stainless steel.
