Sloped roofs with roof tilesClickFit uses special patented hooks and rails for building a solid mounting structure. This system can be mounted on the roof without the use of any tools or hardware. This speeds up the installation (up to 40% compared to other available systems) and makes the job safer for the installers/roofers. These advantages reduce the costs of the installation drastically.
Sloped roofs with bitumenThe ClickFit system for sloped-bitumen-roofs is basically the same as the system for roof tiles. The only difference here is that the patented hooks are replaced by special supports with the same unique "click" joint as on the hooks. To keep the roof watertight a kit like Tixophalte can be used underneath the supports.
Roof SlatesThe ClickFit system for roof slates uses special slate roof hooks. The slate hooks are manufactured from stainless steel. The standard support rail is bolted on the slate hooks with bolts and nuts from stainless steel.
FacadesThe ClickFit system for façades is basically the same as the system for roof tiles. The only difference here is that the patented hooks are replaced by special supports with the same unique "click" joint as on the hooks. By using these patented supports the solar modules can easily be mounted parallel to the façade.
Corrugated roofsThe ClickFit system is also used for installations on corrugated roofs. The system can be used for both corrugated Eternit as for corrugated steel roofs. Instead of roof hooks, stainless steel dowel screws are supplied. The standard support rail is bolted onto the dowel screws with bolts and nuts from stainless steel.
Sloped roofs with steel sheetingThe ClickFit system for sloped-steel-roofs is basically the same as the system for roof tiles and can be used for example with corrugated sheeting and trapezoidal sheeting. The only difference here is that the patented hooks are replaced by special supports with the same unique "click" joint as on the hooks. To make a watertight connection between the roof and the support, a EPDM rubber seal is used. The support are mounted by use of self drilling screws directly in to the sheeting.
Flat roofsThe FlatFix Solar support for flat roof solar systems is carefully designed for making installation easy. FlatFix is a product for flat or slightly tilted roofs and areas. FlatFix can either be secured using srews or by ballasting. To secure a rooftop array with ballast, standard aluminium profiles can be clicked into the specially formed recess. The ballasted array can withstand high wind loads up to 13BF with tilt up to 30°and be as secure as one held down by screws. Trough its unique design and way of ballasting FlatFix can do with as less as 23kg ballast per m2 at 30° and 16kg m2 at 20°. Each FlatFix frame is manufactured from aluminium and stainless steel components, and will support the system as long as the solar modules last. The simple and well thought through FlatFix support system can be used for almost all module types.
